What We Collect

If you sign up for email notifications through our footer form, we collect:

• ✓ Email address: required, provided by you
• ✓ First name: optional, provided by you
• ✓ Source page: the URL of the page you signed up from (collected automatically)
• ✓ Timestamp: when you subscribed (collected automatically)
• ✓ Country: detected automatically based on your IP address

We also collect general location data, such as your city and state, to help us improve site performance.

We do not collect any other personal information. We do not ask for your phone number, address, or payment details.

How We Store It

Your data is stored in a private spreadsheet accessible only to RealtyLicenseHub. When you submit the form, it is written directly to that spreadsheet. No other copies are made.

Cookies and Tracking

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Analytics are only activated if you accept cookies via the consent banner shown on your first visit. You can decline and no analytics data will be collected. We do not use Facebook Pixel or any other behavioral advertising or retargeting tool, and we do not build an advertising profile of you. See "Affiliate Attribution" below for the limited, payment-reconciliation-only data we capture on every visit regardless of the cookie banner.

Affiliate Attribution

When you arrive at RealtyLicenseHub from a paid ad, search click, or referring site, we capture a small attribution snapshot: any ad-network click ID present in the URL (for example Google's gclid or Microsoft's msclkid), any utm_* campaign parameters, and the host name of the site that referred you, never the full referring URL or the page you were on. We also assign your browser a random, meaningless token that carries no personal information.

This is stored in your browser's local storage, not a cookie, for up to 90 days, and in the same private spreadsheet described in "How We Store It." Only the random token, never a click ID or campaign name, is passed to the school or program you click through to. We use this solely to confirm that a commission an affiliate partner reports to us actually came from a visitor who arrived through one of our links, not for behavioral advertising or to build a profile of you across other sites.

Email Communications

If you sign up for notifications, we may send you emails about price drops, new promo codes, and school updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time and we will stop sending you emails.

Your Rights

You can request that we delete your data at any time. To do so, reach out to us directly and we will remove your information from our records. If you are in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to access, correct, and port your data.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• — Google Analytics: analytics, only if you accept cookies
• — Google Sheets: stores email signup data
• — Netlify: site hosting and form submission processing

No other third parties receive your data, aside from the random attribution token described in "Affiliate Attribution" above, which is passed only to the school or program you click through to. We do not sell your information to brokerages, advertisers, or data brokers.

Changes to This Policy

If we materially change how we handle your data, we will update this page with a new date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
