How We Make Money
RealtyLicenseHub may earn a commission if you enroll in a real estate school through some of the links on this site. When that applies, the school pays the commission as part of its marketing budget. The price you pay is the same either way.
Does It Cost You More?
No. Any commission is paid by the school, not added to your cost.
Does This Affect Our Rankings?
In one specific, disclosed way: our default ordering features the schools we partner with near the top of each comparison to bring you the best deals. That is the only thing our commercial relationships change. Everything else is straight, each price is the school's real list price, pass rates come from state commissions where they are published (any provider-reported rate is labeled as self-reported), and you can re-sort any table by price, pass rate, or features at any time to remove the default ordering entirely. Schools we have no relationship with are compared on the exact same data as our partners; they simply do not lead the default view.
The CE Shop Partnership
Affiliate has an agreement with The CE Shop to promote online course information to consumers, real estate licensees, and MLO Licensees. Affiliate is not the developer of these courses and is simply providing a referral. All education is provided by The CE Shop and any questions regarding course content or course technology should be directed to The CE Shop.
