What We Collect

If you sign up for email notifications through our footer form, we collect:

How We Store It

Your data is stored in a private spreadsheet accessible only to RealtyLicenseHub. When you submit the form, it is written directly to that spreadsheet. No other copies are made.

Cookies and Tracking

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Analytics are only activated if you accept cookies via the consent banner shown on your first visit. You can decline and no data will be collected. We do not use Facebook Pixel or any other behavioral tracking tools, and we do not track you across the web.

Email Communications

If you sign up for notifications, we may send you emails about price drops, new promo codes, and school updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time and we will stop sending you emails.

Your Rights

You can request that we delete your data at any time. To do so, reach out to us directly and we will remove your information from our records. If you are in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to access, correct, and port your data.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:
