Adam Plummer

I am a licensed New York City real estate agent with years of experience navigating the post-COVID market and coaching over 100 newly licensed agents. As an active recruiter for our real estate team, I specialize in onboarding aspiring talent and helping them transition successfully into the industry. My firsthand experience in agent development provides me with a deep understanding of what it takes to launch a thriving real estate career from day one.

Entering real estate isn't just changing jobs; it is launching your own small business, where having reliable information from the start is crucial. While recruiting new talent, we consistently noticed a friction point before candidates could even begin: navigating the fragmented landscape of pre-licensing courses. Because real estate regulations are state specific, finding accredited providers, comparing online versus in-person formats, and hunting for active tuition discounts was needlessly complicated.

We built RealtyLicenseHub to streamline this initial hurdle by aggregating top-tier real estate schools and tracking current tuition discounts. What started as a localized tool for New York's 77-hour course has now expanded into a comprehensive 50-state database, complete with targeted breakdowns of local requirements. Our goal is to ensure you can launch your new business with accurate data, minimal overhead, and absolute clarity.

What We Do

RealtyLicenseHub helps aspiring real estate agents compare pre-licensing schools side by side. We pull pricing, pass rates, and feature data so you can make an informed decision without visiting dozens of websites.

Where Our Data Comes From

Approved school lists come from each state's real estate commission. Pass rates are sourced from official state publications where available. Pricing and features are manually researched from provider websites and updated bimonthly.

Affiliate Disclosure

This site is free to use. If we ever earn a commission from a school you enroll with through one of our links, it comes from the school, not from you, and it never influences how we rank or compare providers.

How Often Is Data Updated?

We review pricing and feature data bimonthly, and promo codes monthly. Approved school lists are checked annually. Pass rates are updated as states publish new reports (monthly for Texas, quarterly for Colorado, Nebraska, and North Carolina).
