Where Our Data Comes From
Approved school lists come from each state's real estate commission. Pass rates are sourced from official state publications where available. Pricing and features are manually researched from provider websites and updated quarterly.
Affiliate Disclosure
This site is free to use. If we ever earn a commission from a school you enroll with through one of our links, it comes from the school, not from you, and it never influences how we rank or compare providers.
How Often Is Data Updated?
We review pricing and feature data quarterly. Approved school lists are checked monthly. Pass rates are updated as states publish new reports (monthly for Texas, quarterly for Colorado, annually for North Carolina and Nebraska).
